Harry Klunder is an international operating service producer, location scout- manager and/or production coordinator. Some of his his past work on many international commercials, Photography projects and TV series are; the first episode of "The Grand Tour" by Amazon, (2015), "The disappearance of Madeline Mc Cann" for Netflix (2019) and Feature films like "That good Night" with John Hurt (2016) "Mrs. Willoughby" (2019), "Mr. Mayfair" (2019) "There's always Hope" (2020) "The Infernal Machine" associate producer (2021) and "Coldmind" (2024)
In Januari 2024 he was the executive producer on Nick Brandt´s 4th episode of his serie The Day May Brake, called "The Echo Of Our Voices", shot entirely in the Wadi Rum desert of Jordan. |
Ismail Ait Lahcen is a Moroccon operating executive producer. He started his career as a tax incentive accountant on many international commercials, Photography projects and TV series that were filmed in Morocco. His past productions in Feature films are; "Dunki" (2023), "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" (2023), "Close" (2019) and "Mosul" (2019).
As a producer he was working on "OOpAA" and"The Shoemaker , The beginning" His deep understanding of the industry allows us to anticipate challenges and provide innovative solutions that ensure your production runs smoothly. TAX REBATE 2026
Morocco offers a 30% tax rebate for foreign film productions that meet specific criteria, including a minimum qualified expenditure of ~1 million USD (10 million dirhams) and a filming period of at least 18 days in the country. To be eligible, productions must meet these financial and time requirements and apply before filming begins through the Moroccan Cinematographic Center (CCM).

- Minimum spend: Productions must spend at least 10 million Moroccan dirhams (approximately $1 million USD).
- Minimum filming days: Filming must take place for a minimum of 18 days, including set construction.
- Eligible projects: The program is available for feature films, television series, documentaries, and other audiovisual works.
- Application: Applications must be submitted to the Moroccan Cinematographic Center (CCM) before production begins.
- VAT exemption: Productions can receive a VAT tax exemption on qualifying supplier and crew invoices over a certain threshold (5000 DH).
- Eligible expenses: Qualifying expenses include local crew, talent, equipment rental, and more.
- Expense cap: Eligible expenses cannot exceed 90% of the total production expenditure.
- Local partnership: You will need to work with a local production partner to complete the application and navigate the process.
